When i ask for chat today, first they say that my name is wrong... and how is this possible, if i send the copy of my ID Card in where i confirm my identity? and in the bank transfer the info is the same, so no sense the answer that they give.
now im asking, and the "payment department" dont know what is the real reason of my problem.

Sometimes it's hard to talk or get a clear answer with their live support, I had a conversation with one of them asking my earlier transaction to be cleared because I had to rbf my deposit because the amount of transactions on the network increased significantly and it was stuck for more than 12+ hours. After the rbf two transaction appeared on my deposit history with the same amount that could lock the withdraw since all deposits need to be confirmed they have no idea about rbf but luckily my problem got solved on its own.
