When i ask for chat today, first they say that my name is wrong... and how is this possible, if i send the copy of my ID Card in where i confirm my identity? and in the bank transfer the info is the same, so no sense the answer that they give.
now im asking, and the "payment department" dont know what is the real reason of my problem.
so for the moment i dont know what to do...
we aren't really familiar here about such issues since you are the first person I see here who is using the bank as a payment method , IDK if anybody here can help you regarding that
as ralle mentioned live support can't understand transaction problems sometimes so it would make sense to contact the email address he sent you , weirdly though that live support didn't already ask you to do that
