No, there is a way to stop those scammers. Just don't join in all altcoin bounties and they can't scam you and others anymore. Just join in btc paid campaign or campaign which willing to use escrow for their bounty amount

yes bounties in btc payment are good campaigns to join , but almost all of them are full no more slots so some bounty hunters have no choice but to join in altcoins which has high risk .

However, the condition to get into the campaign is to write good quality posts and, above all, useful for community to receive merits, which are also often needed to get a spot in a BTC paid campaign. So you have the choice: to improve the quality of written posts, or join bounty campaigns, which recently are mostly scam.
