In my opinion, this situation is not about any problem with IP, but about the fact that someone has failed to try to cheat the system because he thought that if he used referrals, even if admin would ban them, then what he earn on them would not lose. Also my opinion he is try to system bypass when it detected admin than banned id, sometime problem for my share ip but when i restart computer and router then solved it, when use real need payment some extra cost so used share IP.
