your IP changed by restarting your router and it only occurred because you are by default using a dynamic IP address. otherwise if the ISP you are getting your internet from were giving you a static IP, there is nothing you could do locally to change that apart from VPNs and other IP hiding techniques.

Yeah i understood this reason permanent IP is not available our area local internet provider supply share IP now for benefit low cost unlimited internet used multiple people used internet to to the hole month, freebitco.in sometime using problem another people already used my IP address but when restart device then ok everything.
