This is a waste of time. But the other ways that you had mentioned would earn you quiet a decent amount of BTC. You can practice the way you construct your words in a forum like this one. It is a matter of dedication and hardwork.

I think paid to click ptc sites could be considered on the micro earnings category, as you earn few satoshis for completing small tasks like watching an ad for some seconds or downloading an app, taking a survey and so on.
Now these offers aren't so attractive, but they were many years ago, when bitcoin didn't exist and internet accessibility wasn't disponible for most people. Nowadays the problem is: there are many people on the internet for very few jobs opportunities.
