I think what you have provided is enough and so I have proceeded and have put feedback on the profile. It would be great if you can create a flag which you will find in trust page section under negative feedback option as "add a flag". Create the flag as suits the case and copy that flag link here and put it into your main post for other DT members to support and thats it. If they find it solid then they will also support your flag and there will be red-warning against the profile.
