I think idax IT's were not done integrating into the new codes or maybe they are still under maintenance. Let's wait another few days for them to comply.

As far as I know, there was also some urgent announcement on their website stating that their Global CEO have gone missing with unknown cause and IDAX Global staffs were out of touch with IDAX Global CEO. This could be one of the main reason.

This could be the reason why their deposit services was suspended as well. They even mentioned that the recovery time will be announced, but with this latest news, it could be longer.
