I agree, I think guns are for people with authority. Yes, individual wants to own guns for their safety or self defense, but I think it is unnecessary. But the government cannot control who may own gun since there are gun smugglingvand illegal selling of guns everywhere

Do you like Communism? EVERYBODY is in authority. After all, government doesn't tell you what to wear today, or what to have for breakfast, or anything else. The public is in authority, except in China.
