Why would you send a PM? The rules clearly state that all questions should be posted in the thread.

The rules state for the signature campaign: "Trust Level: If you are banned on the forum or get a red trust level during your participation in this Bounty Program you will be disqualified."
You got a negative trust level (+4 / -9), which is in violation of the rules.
