As far as I know, the Initial Public Offering would refer to those already established projects. These are mainly already the known one compared to the ICO startups.

So you're saying is they have the same motive but only difference with ICOs is that IPOs are already known to the cryptospace?

you can say that. but similarity wise, these are both ideal to raise capital and develop projects.
