I agree. There are some regulations that are good, amongst others.

That's one of the things that regulation could go well. In my country, deep web has become quite a trend and it went deeper to dark web wherein this is where people do their illegal transaction through the use of cryptos like Bitcoin. I haven't dived there, and I don't have plans because there is no reason to do it. People will still use VPN to hide their IPs especially when they dive there, therefore even if government attempted to regulate cryptos. There is still a hole in that regulation though.
