Assuming travelling and all the stuffs will be paid by the user. This won't be an easy management but at least the party who will accept the deal will know that their time is not going to waste.

True, but copper membership and screenshots would be a good start to proving his legitimacy. I mentioned these 2 factors, but never stated that they would be enough. He would still need to communicate with them through Skype etc, escrowing the money etc in order to finalize the deal.

I don't see how he can achieve something like this anonymously though I guess it could be done if both parties reached an agreement.
