My point was if they read it, they should respond, doesn't matter if the post is in their ANN or not.

I skimmed through the recent pages and found no staff who facilitates user problems and/or inquiries. and with how much posts the shillers are doing every day, op's problem will likely get pushed back. I wouldn't count on it much.
