The world of cryptocurrency is unpredictable, but for a coin to have grown from hundreds to millions it definitely means that the project was a good one or the team members were very dedicated and fought hard to seejitnto success

This is something important, many just look at the numbers on what happened to a coin and then they somehow make the theory that this could happen to any coin but that is not true, if a coin that went through the process of starting small and then becoming the success that we know today was backed by great developers and a great concept and that is what it has allowed them to grow so much, so if you can find a coin like that this could happen to you but the chances of doing so are very low.
