Afaik the (non-XL) version of the GUI is just a wrapper around WinAMDTweak.exe but maybe there's something else as well. Since it's closed source we don't know. It doesn't response to /?, --help or any other standard call, it just opens the gui.

I found a solution to the problem.

The latest version of amdmemorytweak, it does not work for me.

Which driver do you recommand for ETH ?
I'm still using 18.6.1 and I get 49mh/s sir ref vega 56 with 64 BIOS and your settings

I've done most of my own tests with 18.6.1, but very recent drivers have also been working just fine for people. It doesn't matter much for ethash tbh, but if you want to do e.g. some C31 mining for grin, the newer win drivers is a must, makes a huge difference. Personally, I don't like the fan curve handling in more recent drivers though.
