This period of sideways movement of consolidation is the ideal opportunity to get altcoins for cheap. Once the rally begins, greed and FOMO will set in, making it difficult for people to make objective decisions. Even if the price tanks, it'll only be for a short period, May 2020 is around the corner and BTC halvening is upon us.

Its good opportunity to get some alts for cheap price, but not all alts are good for buying. People cant make a difference between potentially great alt and potential disaster that will go to zero sooner or later. Fud, fomo, spam are around all the time, if you know where how to look around you will see that everywhere. Its why its good to choose alts that can have some real usage cases in future, the ones that are just copies, bad copies, are not good for investing and holding.
