Why not? Just because you're thinking something while at work then it isn't professional. As long as it doesn't affect the work load then it's fine. 

Likely, just use blockfolio app if you're just observing the market. You can put the quantity of your token otherwise you can set an alarm for a certain token if you want to trade on that amount. Or if you're a daily trader then use bots but this should be done with keen researching and experience as well.
