ico would be dying now if what your saying is true but until now there are still ico's left and the number of ico's are still bigger than ieo's   . investors and bounty hunters will not join them but that isnt happening  . there are still demand for ico's   .

if ieo is the new trend , scammer and fraudsters will also move on it   . investors and bounty hunters are still now indanger .  if what i say is true then your expectations will surely occur that there will now be a new type to collect funds in the future .
