If you could just combine this with your /follow to also "follow" quotes of UIDs and mentions (basically keywords right?) this would be pretty cool to "follow" all of these things you would like notifications of in one nifty place..
That could probably work, and having only one page to look at is better than 2. But that's for later, I want to get this working first.
You're going to have to add "Notifications: " in front of it. I don't just want to "activate" anyone who ever posts in this topic, so the format is important.
