When are you hoping to buy it by? If it's before February I might advise buying now or waiting but with a stop for if the price goes below a certain amount (if you have enough btc that it doesn't really matter).

I managed to make a strategic buy last year and got something when btc was at $14k and its a great feeling to call closer to the top but we're not going to get back there for a few months imo.
