Nevertheless, the cloud wallet as of now is not safe, a hardware wallet is the best but you need to spend a little amount of your money. There's is free Electrum wallet, so far, this is good.

Even you refresh the site or press that refresh button they want you to press, the browser isn't loading. It's a total bug and I think they are aware of it but don't have any plans of fixing it asap. Electrum, wasabi and bitcoin core are good options but electrum is the most popular.
