Hello yoloer808, if your balance is too low there is no way that you could press the 'Bet' button. I see your message in the chat and your profile says you haven't made any bet. So, please send an mail to support@luckyb.it with the transaction id of your deposit to see what goes wrong there.

About the provably fair, you can verify each one of your bets in the 'Bets browser' https://luckyb.it/bet_browser if you click over a bet you will get the PF info of that bet as you can see in the next image:

I have tried the game and I am also unable to verify my bets - tried to calculate the random string based on the algo you posted and I am unable to reproduce the results. Normal crypto gambling sites have post their exact result-generating code, why is this hard for you?
