Check out p2pb2b and Latoken, there are dozens of IEOs. So why not the others? Because these ones are the cheapest ones. It is very difficult to gather information about how much their listing prices are. Apparently, they make agreements with the projects they have agreed on. So, exchange itself is the source of the most accurate information, try to contact them.

Yeah, the deal could varies whether the project giving away some percents of token or just pay money to the exchange but an exchange like P2PB2B will charge the cheapest considering that their reputation is kinda really bad except im wrong and they are charging just normally what another exchange would charge.

but if OP are talking about how much worth each project that got approved and listed to an exchange, the answer is varies aswell. there are good project and bad project but most of low tier exchange only hosting bad project that's unapproved by the quality exchanges.
