Lowering your minimum withdrawal will be better, at least make it equal to your minimum deposit. Lets say your minimum deposit is $10 then make the minimum withdrawal to $10 or max double amount ($20). This is just an example, you may set it lower than $10 for the minimum withdrawal because not all your players are big players who will request big amount of withdrawal only. If you can give him an exeption then it will be great.
