I don't know the majority of the courses listed but Run it once , Upswing and raise your edge were really recommended to me in the past .However I really don't have a complete idea about them
the best thing to do is to look for reviews online especially in poker forums

prices aren't the same for all of them but you can always check the original price and ask the seller for his price , mine was 100 euros but the data is over 150GB

I haven't fully checked since it will take months to finish lol , but anyways the buyer should be the one who decide what he needs
poker isn't a single game since you can choose what to focus on ( Cash , SNG , MTTs , Spin&Go , HUSNG , PLO ...etc ) and I really doubt that you will find a single source fully covering all of these stuffs in deep details
