It is all about what state of mind a person holds while gambling. Luck is not an abstract idea. how come that our paths will change just because there is new vibes ?all positive vibes can attract positive outcome also mate so i think even if it is not new year we can have this if we can be more positive each time we played.IMO though i respect your views because Gambling is really unpredictable and very risky for everyone.

I agree when it comes to luck, vibes doesn't play anything in gambling, let's say you have positive vibes most of the time but you are not lucky, I'm sure that you can't stay smiling if you are losing continuously in gambling. So, it is luck that is important to have when you are engaging into something risky and tricky like gambling, and yes, it doesn't matter when or where, if you are lucky then you are lucky anytime you play gambling.

There is no exception like new years or any holidays.
