I think altcoins will have a good price this year of 2020 because as of now bitcoin increase its price to $8K, so top altcoins like ETH, XRP, BNB, LTC, BCH, XMR and so on will increase it's price sooner and later this year of 2020.

They are all will increase but not at the same time with the bitcoin, the bullish trend for altcoin will always occur after the bitcoin will have done with its bullish trend. We don't know about when that will be end but the bullish trend is already confirmed by some sources.
The price of altcoin will be good and so many people have already prepared their bags for the next big bull trend for altcoin. 2020 is the bulltrend for crypto.
