I initiated a $14,808.15 wire withdrawal from cex.io one week ago on January 2nd.  I still have not received my funds.  I have sent an email to support almost every day asking where my funds are and nobody will give me an answer.  I called support and they told me only the finance team can help me, yet they would not allow me to speak with anyone from the finance team. 

Customer support via email only sends me generic pre written responses when the respond and sometimes they go days between communicating at all with me.

They told me that the funds have left their platform yet they refuse to provide with any form of reference number for the wire.  I am officially beyond panicked about where my funds are. 

If anybody has any ideas of how to help me get my money please let me know. I would be much appreciative.

This is quite alarming and will be on the same "panic mode" if I'm on the same boat as you. I've been doing business with them (buying BTC using credit card and then withdrawing it to my wallet immediately after I received the coins) for quite some time now and didn't have any problem regarding withdrawals though our methods are not the same. On that note, have you ever tried contacting them in Twitter? Why don't you post something on their Twitter handle and maybe, by publicly exposing their problems regarding your wire transfer, they'll look into your case on a serious manner.

I wish it wouldn't take taking something like this public to get help.  I did hear from them today via email and they simply told me that they have reached out to their payment partner to get information on my wire but they haven't heard anything back.  This is affecting my life very negatively as this is a ton of money that I withdrew because I needed it to pay bills.  I have begged them to let me talk to someone on the phone about this but unfortunately they won't put me in contact with anybody that can help.
