Well if war is commencing then Euro will not be the best currency to rely on. As far as I know they don't have oil reserves on their own which is what supports most currencies nowadays. If anything, I think the next fiat after US dollars will be CNY because of how strong the currency has been going so far.

In the current position the Chinese Yuan will not be able to replace the US dollar, although China's economy and trade volume can overtake America, as I have explained in several of my posts that:

Yuan wants to shift the dollar so that massive actions are taken so that countries in the world change their foreign exchange reserves in the form of dollars to China Yuan. Many people were not interested in this idea because the Yuan exchange rate was pegged by the People's Bank of China (PBoC). PBoC control is an obstacle to change foreign exchange reserves in Yuan.
