I always end up regretting not counting my losses and not keeping track of them. I sometimes look back and is taken a back to know how much of opportunity cost i missed. What could I have bought from the money I lost , is there any better way to invest it to get more. Recently , I started with this activity of maintaining an excel to track my losses and even wins.

It is good that you learned how to track your losses already. In this way, you can control yourself and this will be a tool that will help you if you must continue to gamble or not.

For me, all that you are thinking are the ones that I'm thinking whenever I feel that I need to gamble. I always say to myself "If I will just put it on foods or other things instead of gambling" and the like and the ending is that I will not gamble my money and will just use it to buy other things.

People must know how much they are winning and how much they lost because it will give you options either if you should invest more or not. Some people think they still have so much money to play and they dont look back so its not good for you at all. We should keep a limited amount for gambling in our pocket and don't cross the limit so if you lose you will not regret losing so much.
