I've been watching it very carefully for days. The increase in capacity after these forks also reflected positively on transaction fees. Ethereum transactions can be completed at $ 0.01-0.02 for days.

That will always be a speculation TPS but that will not represent how much real TPS that can be gotten by ethereum after such hardfork. Remember recently the ethereum research developer has called more delay to implement the scalability upgrade to the ethereum as it's not so important. So many blockchain platforms just like TRON, EOS and many more didn't publish the actual value about how much TPS that can be achieved by their protocols.
it's not an important thing the needs to be putted as priority. it's better to focus on POS rather than scalability as the ethereum network is not getting clogged again.
