Why do not hotels use AI?

The vast majority of hotel businesses cant use AI and Cognitive Computing. This is due to the high cost of infrastructure, the lack of qualified staff. Budgets also need to be made available for system maintenance and time allocated for system installation, implementation and integration with existing infrastructure.
