the reason being that crypto investors, big or small timers, have little interest in ico anymore is that most of them cant deliver their promises/mission/objectives or whatever you call it. once they collected the money, they will start to slow down, not answering questions anymore, very slow in giving updates and so on... so the investors got tired of this cycle from happening again and again.
i dont know if you have something under your sleeves to raise enough funds here...even if the concept is promising

Thank you for your interest in the project. We understand your doubts. The project did not install Soft Cap as it will be implemented regardless of the amount of funds raised.
We believe in the idea of our project and will make every effort to implement it. And also we would like as many people as possible to believe in the project, in the idea and support it, because there are no analogues
