I don't know if there's a site who has that feature but in the meantime, you can simply do it manually.

Changed the calendar dates to 1/1/2019 - 12/31/2019
Once the chart updated the data from those dates, download the CSV file (the download icon beside the calendar)

And that's it. You can now compute for the average.
