The Bad Beat Jackpot is triggered when a player at one of the designated BBJ tables loses with AAATT or better, both players play both hole cards, and there are at least four players dealt into the hand.

The player that loses the hand receives 35% of the jackpot; the player that wins the hand receives 20%; and everyone else at the table that was dealt into the hand shares 15%.
