depends on what kind of person are we mate,because for me?commitments is obligation in which mostly i don't like.i must say either i will motivate myself or Love my work.

if you commit yourself meaning that you don't really love what you are doing ,and you will work even against your will.

i disagree here,changing life needs to be motivated or else theres nothing could happen in long run,and being disciplined is different from the topic because this is attitude and there is nothing to improve if you have this in your life.
