I think all coins/tokens begin from low/small volume, then they are growing along with the improvement of the investors and the project itself. No doubt, I assume it is possible to happen. However, some coins/tokens can grow quickly but some are rather slow. It depends on how the team of the projects can attract investors with their potential MVP or interesting programs.

I do also think so that almost all coins have started at low price or even low volume before coming up to be a big successful project because it really takes time for any coin to come up making itself better with the help of the developing team behind it as well as to the investors of the project. The possibility for any token to rise up starting from the bottom is always possible since we are in this type of industry wherein anything can exceed its capacity leading to a more progressive one. I think that possibility can still do happen nowadays but it will take some time to happen which depends on the quality of the token produced by a certain project. Well, success do really takes time to come but at least the possibility is always right there to come. You just need to be picky on the token you purchase and see its potential to grow just to assure you will be leading in a bright way because there can be an instance that some coins even after a long period of time did not make it like coming from the peak going to the bottom. So still reassurance is a must thing to do.
