Hope that they can settle the problem they incurred, it's always important that they should protect their users before they will go into a vacation, if they don't plan to scam then they should settle the withdrawal problem before anything else.

Those places of exchange should not do such things because they should have done automatic withdrawals or there are some employees who are still guarding the place of exchange because if they do not have a place to protect the exchange at all then surely they are enjoying money from fundraising for fun and don't think about the users of the platform and this can be a scam.
