Example: I have my friend don't have money to play bet. he comes to me and sells his phone, low price. and will back to me to pay it back with collateral. but, I don't accept his proposal because I know he has bad hand gambling, always loses.
This is true. Sometimes, it is the poor people who gamble hard especially on lotteries. They must have some desperate thoughts running inside their heads, that if only they will hit the jackpot just once in their lives, all their miseries will be gone. And to think that a single ticket would only cost them a little, they would not stop betting on it. Little do they know that if accumulated it was already a significant amount of money wasted.
