With just 2-3 seasons more of 20+ ppg dude would pass Kareem as well, from all the looks of it unless something major happens like a big bad injury,
Lebron still has the game, he will surely play a lot of seasons with the Lakers now that the Lakers has become a playoff contender. Also, his style of play has been different now, he wasn't as aggressive as before, he master his passing ability so that means he will not be so prone to injury.
Yeah, he still have the speed of a young guy. Maybe those oranges that he secretly eats during game time is the secret.
When he surpasses MJ's scores I didn't doubt that he could do more.
Even with his large size he ain't that much of a prone to bad injuries.

And the result is, .. if Lebron will make an average of 20 points per game, he just need at least 3 NBA seasons to get the number 1 of all time scoring leaders which I think it's possible since he can still play great basketball.
once he surpass all the records, he will be confirmed as the "KING".
