This is exactly when you want to buy altcoins. You don't want to wait for the price to go up before you get in. You want to get in while everything is as cheap as it is right now. We know there will be a big altcoin pump probably very soon. So, you may as well get in now while everything is discounted. You'll make more money and it's less risky if you get in before everything starts pumping up.
