So I wouldn't say that Arum is not good promoter, he really is, him and Don King revolutionised how boxing is being promoted that's why you will hear now the term cash-cow of boxing because of them. Manny Pacquiao is under Al Haymon now though of PBC.

Indeed. The boxing scene received lots of attentions and money flowing because of this man, whatever we think he is the contribution he brings to this sport will be remembered by the the people who are inside this field. There's always someone behind a legend success and even there's something bad out from arum's management we can't remove the fact that Pacquiao was been known because of his help.
