In the first place, you should never join a long bounty campaign, if the campaign is paused then you have wasted a lot of time, check the project if it really has potential so you will not be blaming anyone if the project is paused or a failure, join a short campaign with an option that you can keep your stake if you leave the campaign.

You have a point but you can never tell if the short bounty campaign will be extended or not, I've seen whereby a four weeks bounty campaign turn eight weeks and I have no choice but to complete it, getting paid matter most to me, I don't care how long it takes
