They will not forced you unless you want to increase your withdrawal limits. Per day 2 btc withdrawal limits for non verified users on Binance. I think its reasonable amount for new traders and small traders like us. If your intention is for trading then Binance would be better for you since likely you are not advance trader. Or if you just wondering to exchange instantly then you may take a look on this thread for instant exchanges.

Just an advise, before trade on any exchange please do your own diligence. Search as much as possible, try to read their reviews on this forum and you may search also Google to acquire more knowledge. Because everyone here will suggest their favourite exchange. So prevention is better than cure.
