You can get good VPS from vultr and add 2 IP for total of 3 and have 3 masternode on 1 VPS.

It would be awesome if bitsend could be added to that masternode hosting service. Anyhow i don't think that bsd Dev can do something about that... It's mnsimple owner that choose which coin to add.
