Shit exchange always playing with volume. I believe new exchange also trying to do same things. Top exchange can't be by only volume. Bcnex exchange is a new exchange but you can't withdraw anything from this exchange but volume is showing good. From P2PB2B exchange you can withdraw but volume is fake.

You shouldnt be considered same, all of new exchanges not showing fake volume. Bcnex is real exchange but some issues ruined all of liquidity in the exchange such as pending withdrawal. There is no way to showing fake/manipulated volume because its not listed cmc or coingecko. You should avoid some top exchanges in cmc which are bullshit exchange.
