It seems straight forward, but you guys are probably more experienced in this stuff than I am so I figured that I would ask in case I missed something.

Silver Coin has an IEO on a couple of different exchanges. It is a stable coin fixed at $1, and I believe that the price on the launch date is going to be $1, and launches on February 24th?? Until tomorrow they are selling for  0.0015 Eth.

I wanted to make sure that I'm not overlooking any small details, but is it guaranteed to launch at $1? I'm not too familiar with how IEOs actually work. Should I expect a longer wait time or anything like that? I know that they are partnered with Trust Wallet and a couple of other exchanges. Here is a link to their FB post. Any advice that you can give would be great. Thank you guys.

In the first place they are new and their starting price for investors is very low and it is very shady as the investors can easily x3 their investment upon the launch. This is very promising and the big question to it, where can they find a buyer of their stablecoin upon their launch?

There is a big chance that it is a trap and is likely a scam in the end because if there are no demands to their stablecoin then the investors cannot dump their investment, meaning your money will be stuck there and you will just end up losing your money. For me, it is very risky and is likely 80-85% scam therefore think twice before you decide to invest to this project.
