If you can find people who lost money through his scam, make a group and plan on filing a proper complaint with the authorities with sufficient proof, frauds like these are scott free and keep on coming back because people usually does not go after them and instead dream about Karma which is not going to happen, you need to act and get the justice even if it takes a long time.
