Then don't call them a scam. People work hard to keep a casino running in fair way and such "false accusations" are not the way to ask for response.
I also don't believe that there's a tech error on their side, otherwise other players would have encountered this issue as well. That something happened is indeed obvious, but I think that's on your side (hacked account or device).
